********************************************
My experience with using apple vinegar / it really helps with my oily and mixture skin, I saw a fast whiteness and more glowing my face became, also you can put it on your hair it will give it a natural look. If you want to look younger and healthier keep applying it on your skin BUT please use it wisely and I advise you to dilute it with water. I also realized that my eyelashes start growing taller and stronger than it was before, actually I used it in the first place as a natural treatment for my chalazion, I had to have surgery in the past to remove it but it keeps showing that why I try to take care of my precious eyes and it really worked. I found out that it helps to prevent them to annoy me again, but I should  keep doing it from time to time (because I have the ability to have them as my doctor told me ) I use eye cotton and a small cup with a small drops of apple vinegar  and water and start putting them on my eyes and try to massage it from up to down and then finish what had remained from it on my face. You should ask your doctor first about it and from what I know you should have a healthy sleep and don’t exhaust your eyes so much. Usually, I am not used to wear makeup or eye-makeup but IT will be the right move to do not and keep your eyes moisture as much as you can (take these advices from someone suffered a lot). Doctors keep prescribing me an eye cream, it didn’t help me and it kept growing more and more although my young sister had the same problem but it really helped her (the cream) actually they shrunk and gave her the results and it didn't bother her after, with me it didn’t, so I quit it (but I should say, it made my eyelashes taller and then I read it has a substance on it that helps to lengthen your lashes). Also, my doctor told me to use Johnson shampoo to clean my eyelids with warm water using ear sticks THAT helped me to get red of them, but fast it appeared again maybe after months ( I am not sure how long ). Then I kept doing this but I cant make it as my daily routine, because the hot compresses hurt my eyes, and my eyelashes starts falling. I didn’t like this, so??? actually I noticed that milks might be the reason, so I quit milk (people quit cigarettes and I quit milk) Now I think its something with my eating habits ( I need to ask nutritionists and doctors ) the eye drops helped me and it make my eyes . . breath. I went to alternative medicine, and it worked with me of course what worked for you, doesn’t mean it will worked others, we all have different bodies, and you should take alternative medicine with so much  care, you cant just listen to anyone ( God forbid you will hurt yourself without knowing). You should Listen to doctors and specialists. #wecareaboutyou

Chemistry of cleaning materials

Chemistry of cleaning materials Chemistry keeps you clean, in which cleaning products are formulated with different chemical properties. The main reason behind inventing the soap was cleaning dishes and using it in medicine, as Galen mentioned. Babylonians around 2800 BC were the first, who manufactured soap-like materials, using plants and animal fats boiled with ashes and water.  Whereas, the ancient Egyptians in 1550 BC made a product similar to soap through mixing animal and vegetable oils with alkaline salts, and women used it for washing their hairs. Also, in 600 BC the Phoenicians mixed goat fat with wood ash; Syrians and Palestinians were the first, who used olive oil, laurel oil, and thyme oil and potash.
