Avocado is the almost completely perfect nutrition.

the fact that avocado contains high fats portion, most these fats are
monounsaturated fats, or MUFAs, which are a healthy source, especially for the
heart health. Big half of avocado contains twice the amount of dietary fiber that
presents in two apples. Fibers can regulate sugar levels in the blood and
prevent constipation and colorectal cancer. Avocado is rich in antioxidants,
which can fight some cancers and help prevents premature aging. Lutein, is one
of the antioxidants belongs to carotenoids group, presents in high portion in
avocado. Lutein can prevent prostate cancer and cataract. Also, avocado is rich
in vitamin A and vitamin B and minerals, such as potassium and magnesium. In addition,
it is easy to digest, and it can activate the liver, eliminate flatulence, as
well as dispose of intestines stools. It is also good for hair growing. Furthermore, avocado is known in its richness of
beta-sitosterol, which is effective for lowering cholesterol levels in the
bloodstream. In addition, it contains a high level of folic acid that helps

A study showed that the seed of avocado has a
group of antioxidants, antibacterial, and antifungal properties; however, chemists
do not recommend eating the seed; for it, may contain some toxic compounds. For
example, apple seeds contain a substance that, in the body, it creates cyanide. Luckily,
