Water is the source of life for all living creatures. Therefore, dehydration is not a favorable condition. Hydrating your body with drinking water does not only help you to survive, but it can lubricate and cushion the joints and support the health of one’s immune system. The amount of water in the human body is huge, and it varies, depending on one’s age, for example, the average adult is 50-65% water, whereas infants are 75-78% water. Age is also another distinct factor while a male has a higher portion than female because of the nature of female having fatty tissue compared to male.


Distilled water, demineralized water, or deionized water are all synonyms of the purest form of water. Ions and minerals are removed; neither contaminants, not bacteria are presented in it.
