Colors, the beauty of life, are everywhere associated with life itself. Humans are capable of sensing almost 7 million colors with their different spectrums and wave lengths. Colors are data in scientific perspective. It is important to know the color of your urine, which is can indicate a medical case. Also, pharmacists, in some chemical reactions depend on colors.  In addition, the color of your eyes tells us about your race or your personality. However, the topic is about colors and its mental illnesses indicating. Colors can have an extremely large effect on both physical and mental health.


What is the relationship between colors and mental disorders?

Colors do not cause mental disorders. However, phobia can trigger a flashback, and it can be a symptom of some type of anxietydisorders or PTSD. Also, certain colors, such as red and blue trigger epileptic seizures, which vary from patient to another. Not only affecting mood states, but also studies show that colors have impact, causing fatigue and anxiety.


Painting reflects the degree of our mental health. researchers found meditation can change the brain’s grey matter, a major part of the central nervous system that is associated with processing information, as well as providing nutrients and energy to neurons. These changes can lead to improved mood, memory, and a reduction in stress. Art therapy is valuable for treating conditions, such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, and some phobia. You may have a mental disorder or a psychological condition that your art works can help you get diagnosed.
