Laughing has several health benefits. Thus, it will courage you to laugh and avoid sadness and negativity that affect harmfully on your health. It is a natural process and reaction toward funny things, for example, photos, voices, feelings, or memories. 


Laughing health benefits:
  • Reduce anxiety

Laughing helps reduce stress hormones in the body; therefore, it is reflected positively in the body's psychological health. Stress hormones present in the body are important; however, high levels of these hormones are considered harmful concerns, especially for one's mental health.


  • Pain reliever

Laughing can be a medicine for relieving pain by increasing happiness hormones, which have a role in relieving pain. For example, endorphins are hormones known as euphoria masks, inhibiting the communication of pain signals. 


  • Improve the immune system health

Many studies show that laughing improves the immune system's health due to the secretion of antibodies, which have a role in fighting pathogens.


  • Regulate blood pressure

A study indicates laughing can reduce high blood pressure at specific times. As a result, following a healthy lifestyle, taking one’s medicines, and laughing help controlling blood pressure levels.


  • Increase blood flow

Laughing requires using the respiratory system and respiration process, increasing the speed of blood flow through the body. Therefore, a positive result is obtained by improving one’s health, mostly the circulatory system and the arteries' health.


In addition, laughing can improve and protect memory, increases creativity and productivity, and enhances mood as well as considers a simple part of sport forms.
